"Their name says it all!! Nowadays, it seems great customer service doesn't exist much anymore. However, Andrew is the the pinnacle of customer service for his company. We love the handicap bars installed into the bathroom, that now gives us a great sense of security, moving around from the commode, and in/out of the shower. "The response time (turnaround time from when I placed the call, to when I was able to speak directly with the technician) was swift - same day within the span of 1-2 hours everything was settled and Zach (the technician) was expected a little later, same day. Zach let me know when he was on his way - something I, personally, really appreciate. He managed to be both friendly (and polite and respectful!) while doing the task at hand. The job called for a part that he didn’t have presently (on his truck), so he did have to leave* for a brief time, but returned back after only a brief time. The entire situation** was so very pleasant that I would 100% not only continue to call upon this company, but absolutely recommend them to anyone/everyone who might have similar circumstances/needs. *While gone, he went ahead and installed the part in the body of the seat/chair. Which, thankfully, meant all that was left/needed was putting the chair on the track. ** As the primary user/reason for the chairlift, it’s safe to say that whenever a problem arises with it - it’s USUALLY extremely frustrating and stressful. This company completely understood the importance for a speedy response and eased my concerns immediately."
